Went to the dealer to look for a car and Alex greeted me and made the sales process so fast and easy. Very respectful and answered all the questions I had in great detail and manner. I definitely will recommend this dealer and especially Alex for making me experience a great one!

Purchased a lot of cars thru the years,but this one was one to remember. Bekim,one of the sales people was great,answered all the questions that i had about the car,did his best to get me the best price possible,and best of all truly honest and sincere person ever. Alex and Moe made the buying experience a good one. We were brought on a prompt test drive, and negotiations were conducted in a reasonable amount of time, with each party receiving a fair deal. They went out of their way to accommodate our baby, and even offered us lunch from their staff catering.... I would recommend using High Line and working specifically with Alex. Show more

Hello, I went car shopping at Highline Auto last Tuesday to look for a new vehicle. I was greeted by Gus, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Gus was ve...ry informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. Additionally he has gone above and beyond to work with me after the sale as well!!! Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. I just recently purchased Audi A6 at High line auto. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10. they staff is very friendly and professional. Ben, Matt, and Bekim,and Moe was friendly, funny and family oriented. Everyone was great!!!!!! Today I was feeling down about a previous sale and even took a cab there!!!! They ROCK!!!!!! Being from Michigan and going to Chicago to buy a used car I was very apprehensive. On arrival I first talked to a guy polishing a car and asked him for Bekim and he stopped what he was doing and went to get Bekim. So far so good. Bekim turned out to be a very nice young man and super friendly. H...e knew the car I was looking for and was quick to show me. We went for a short test drive and I knew I had to have that car. My wife and I quickly became at home with Bekim and the rest of the experience went very well. Bekim told us that he had a six year old girl and we have a six year old grandson. Maybe we can get together for a boat ride this summer. Ask for Bekim you won't be dissappointed. Show more
