This has been one of the best and friendliest car dealerships I've ever visited. Had a good time waiting on them to detail my car. We had a ball thanks guys more too.

My experience with Highline Auto was superb, not only did I end up with the car I wanted but the service was great! Wonderful selection of cars that you are free to check out at your whim with out being shadowed by the dealers. The staff was friendly, patient, and courteous. What a great dealership to work with. Sammy, Hamilton and Allen (Finance guy) were just awesome to us. We had only intended to test drive the vehicle as we had been looking for a couple of months. Recently purchased a BMW 335i from High Line Auto. Sammy was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional, he made us feel very comfortable. The car was kept indoors and was in great shape. From previous poor experiences with other dealerships selling cars that had major issues, w...e wanted to take the car through a BMW Pre-Purchase inspection to make sure everything was up to par. High Line Auto was very understanding and even let us take the car to get serviced the next day by the BMW Dealership near our home. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great car. Show more

Just bought a Prius from them, and I was pleased with my experience. The office itself is nice and clean. Gus is a genuinely nice guy, and I had a great time working with him. Everybody else in the dealership seemed very nice as well. The only negative was that there was some confusion on their part... regarding the trim of the vehicle, but we worked it out and came to a very reasonable deal. This was my first time buying a car, and everybody talks about how stressful it can be, but my experience was probably about as painless as it can be. Show more

I have passed by this dealership on many occasions and have never seen this place. We came to look at a vehicle we saw online. When I go to a dealership and no one comes out, I leave. Earlier this week i called high line auto about a beautiful SRT8 they had for sale and am i glad i did! These guys are great! Everyone was very polite and professional. I highly recommend High Line Auto, and Alex Samhan in particular, when it comes to buying a car. The entire process was very simple and straightforward. I contacted High Line about a used car and Alex was able to get me in that same day. When my wife and I arrived, the car was waiting for us in the ...parking lot (freshly cleaned and waxed, it appeared) and ready for us to test. Alex gave us all the time we needed to test drive and talk it over, and it didn't take long. The price was very competitive compared with similar listings, so it was a no-brainer for us. I especially appreciated the fact that Alex (and Moe B, the finance guy) didn't try to up-sell us on other products and services. Alex let us know what else was available and let us talk it over, but that was it; no pushy sales tactics. This was very refreshing and for once I left an auto dealership not feeling stressed about anything. The whole operation at High Line seems very professional and on the ball. Bottom line: if you're in the market for a used vehicle or a luxury car, start with Alex Samhan at High Line Auto Sales. Show more
