I purchased a Porsche Panamera Hybrid. I made contact with Brad. My transaction was done mostly online. Brad was excellent. He was very attentive and followed through.

I originally went to Highline Auto Sales to check out a Black 2008 Lexux 600hL because I had done my research on the vehicle, and the price on the vehicle was excellent. I really wasn't intending to buy, but Bujar was such a nice kid that I could not say no. If you are a believer that purchasing a... high quality used vehicle (after someone else has taken the hit on depreciation) is the way to go, then this is the place. My experience upon entering the door was welcoming. I went to the desk and asked for Brad which is the guy i spoke with over the phone. We shook hands and the deal began. What I appreciated most is he did not try and "sale" me a car, he allowed the car to speak for itself and he dealt with giving ...great customer service. In the process of financing I met the owner Sam who assured me that their company focused on building long lasting relationships with their customers and providing great service. The General manager worked his magic and got me a very comparable interest rate and the rest is history. Oh, another important point is the price of the vehicle. I/we (Brad) was able to look online and see that the price of their vehicle was much less than their competitors, by almost $4,000 for the same vehicle. I had done my due diligence and seen their was a clean carmax and through my credit union identified that the vehicle appraised out $13,000 more than I paid! BRAD WAS EXCELLENT. FACILITY WAS CLEAN. FINANCING WAS EASY AND FAVORABLE. OTHER SERVICES ARE OFFERED AND I GET BUFF JOBS A YEAR. TOTAL TIME TO MAKE THE PURCHASE WAS AN HOUR AND A HALF.

Over the last week I had been calling around to different places trying to get the best deal on a specific vehicle. I was getting frustrated with the customer service of salesman not getting back to my questions and not making me a priority. When I called High Line Auto Sales they were polite, and g...ot back to me very quickly with all my questions. I worked closely with Scott and he even made efforts to call me back before I called him! He gave us a great price on our trade in and made it an easy choice for us to want to come in and make a deal. The customer service and competing price (in the nation) is what led us to drive 3.5 hrs to them to make a deal. We love our new vehicle and feel good about the experience & deal. Show more
